Profile

李文萍,女,北京航空航天大学物理学院应用物理系副教授、博导、中国科学院博士。2015.5-2016.7,美国麻省理工学院电气工程系微纳电子器件实验室访问学者。近年来,主要研究方向是带电粒子光学、纳米加工及表征,主持国家自然科学基金、重点研发专项子课题、工信部xx专项子课题、北京市科委专项等10余项课题,发表微纳加工领域专著一部、SCI论文30余篇,申请国家发明专利6项。

1、主持重点研发专项课题2“课题2高分辨静电透镜研制”(2024.12-2027.11)100万元
